WINDLESTONE RESIDENTS TURN OUT FOR COMMUNITY BULB PLANTING EVENT

A big thank you to residents of Windlestone, who turned out on a cold, Saturday morning in October, to take part in a community bulb planting session, organised by Windlestone Parish Council.

Councillors Phil Woods, Derek Cattell, David Willshaw and David Oliver joined forces with local residents Jo and John White, Joan Emerson, Bill Todd, Harry, Maggie and Matt Wigmore, Barbara Harrison and Councillor Cattell's grandaughter, Zara who came all the way from Australia, to plant a mix of daffodil, hyacinth, crocus, tulip and narcissus bulbs across the Parish.

A special thanks to Windlestone Nurseries for providing the bulbs, which everyone is really looking forwarding to seeing bloom in 2025.
