GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS 2018.
The Mutually agreed General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018, and was designed to modernize laws that protect the personal information of individuals. The Data Protection Act 2018 controls how personal information is used by organisations, businesses or the Government The Data Protection Act 2018 is the UKs implementation of the General Data Protection Regulations. They must make sure the information is used fairly, lawfully and transparently.
Windlestone Parish Council takes its GDPR responsibilities seriously and accordingly has developed the following GDPR Policy.
